Invisible Flaw Detection Agent
FEATURES
- Dyeing and Penetrating Flaw Detection Agent, One-touch aerosol spray type.
- Can be used everywhere, no matter what material or what shapes the applied objects have (except painted surfaces and plastics).
- The non-corrosive property, it can be safely used to aluminium alloy, magnesium alloy, etc and easily handled.
- Sensibility: with 1μm, depth 10μm (-10 to 50°C)
APPLICATIONS
Detect cracks and flaws (engine, head-cover, cylinder, oil pan, clutch case, gear, detect pin holes).
Cast parts:
pin holes, folds due to hot water, cracks due to shrinkage.
Forged parts:
cracks due to forging.
Welded sections:
cracks, cavity, defective joints.
Metal fatigue:
Cracks due to grinding, cracks due to backing, cracks due to cutting tools
Leakage:
tanks, boilers, pipes and others.
